Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Endelea Finance account and all associated data, as provided under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.

This permanently closes your account and erases your data. It cannot be undone.

Provide the email or phone number linked to your account — at least one is required so we can find your records.

Reason (optional)

Before you submit

This deletes your account, budgets, goals, transactions, and all associated data — permanently.
You can also delete your account from inside the app under Settings → Account.
We respond to all requests within 30 days as required by the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.
