Growth & Content Marketer

Tell Endelea's story and bring the right people to it — through content, social, and growth experiments that turn readers into users.

About the role

Endelea only works if the right people find it and understand why it matters. As our growth and content marketer, you will own how we tell our story: writing about money in a way Kenyans actually relate to, running the channels that bring people in, and experimenting your way to what works. You will work directly with the founders and shape the voice of the brand from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Own content across the blog, social, and email — written for how Kenyans really live.
  • Plan and run growth experiments, then double down on what works.
  • Grow and engage our community across the channels that matter locally.
  • Translate financial concepts into clear, relatable, genuinely useful content.
  • Track what is working with real numbers and report on it honestly.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in content and growth marketing, ideally for a consumer product.
  • Excellent writing in English, with an ear for how Kenyans actually talk about money.
  • Comfort owning channels end to end and measuring your own impact.
  • A self-starter who can run experiments without waiting to be told how.
  • Genuine interest in personal finance and financial wellbeing.

Nice to have

  • A background in fintech or financial content.
  • Experience with SEO, paid social, or lifecycle/email marketing.
  • Swahili writing ability and an existing sense of the local creator landscape.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note on why Endelea to [email protected]. No long forms — just enough for us to get to know you. We read every application and aim to reply within a week.
